The ambiance and the Robert Deniro art work are awsome. The Italian menu is excellent. Full bar and a nice cocktails menu.

It's a little bit rustic and trendy at the same time. Also, there is some struggle to get a reservation, though with enough effort It's not too hard. I thought the food was pretty good even if it was expensive. The lamb chops had a lot of flavor and was well seasoned. It needed to have a full half rack of chops though instead of only 3 for $59... I'd still get them since they were tasty, but portion size is too small. The pesto was actually really unique with huge fusili that I haven't ever seen before. The pine nuts were nicely toasted, lots of basil flavor both in the sauce and pasta itself. I'd go back if I could get a reservation more easily.

I'd give it 6 stars if I could, I am now obsessed with this place. The service was top tier and was unique in that it did not at ALL feel like I was being rushed out of there (like many other NYC restaurants). It was nice to just enjoy every detail. The tortellini was incredible obviously but the halibut was something so amazing that writing about it doesn't even do it justice - you just have to go try it. I'll go back here 1,000 more times. Great atmosphere for any occasion that is worth celebrating in style.

Nice trendy spot always crowded always noisy. Food is overpriced but good not great halibut was OK. The duck was OK. Steak tartar was very good. The tortellini was average. So was the tuna carpaccio. The best treat is showing the pool downstairs on the hotel side. Most people have never seen it. It's worth a visit.
